What homeowners call me about
- "The holes are full of dirt and they keep getting bigger." Hole filling
- "There's a dull path from the front door to the kitchen." Honing
- "It used to shine." Polishing
- "Water soaks right in and everything stains." Cleaning & sealing
- "The pool deck is chalky and faded." Pool deck travertine
- "The grout is a different color than it used to be." Grout cleaning
Showers, counters, the little stuff
Small jobs are welcome. A travertine shower with hard-water buildup, one marble vanity top, or the entry tile that guests see first is all worth doing, and none of it is too small to call about.
Selling or moving?
Floors are one of the first things buyers notice in a walkthrough. A clean, filled, sealed travertine floor photographs better and feels newer. I work with homeowners getting ready to list and with people doing move-out cleanups. Tell me your deadline and I'll tell you honestly whether I can hit it.
Living in the house while I work
You don't need to move out. I'll work room by room when that makes sense, block off the area I'm in, and tell you when you can walk on it again. Pets need to stay clear until things are dry. More on that in my pet-friendly stone care guide.
