Who I work with
- Property Managers & HOAsClubhouses, lobbies, fitness rooms and pool decks, plus a vendor who answers the phone.
- Medical & Dental OfficesClean-looking floors matter more when patients are judging how clean everything else is.
- Retail Stores & ShowroomsYour sales floor is part of your merchandising. It should look like it.
- Restaurants, Bars & CafesKitchens are hard on floors. Dining rooms are where guests notice.
- Schools & ChurchesBig VCT floors, lots of feet, and schedules built around breaks and Sundays.
- Gyms & Fitness StudiosSweat, chalk, rubber and heavy foot traffic. Gym floors need their own plan.
- Floor Subcontracting for Janitorial CompaniesYou keep the account. I handle the floors when your crew can't.
How commercial jobs run
I walk the space, ask about traffic and your open hours, and figure out where to stage equipment and how to keep paths open. You get a written scope: square footage, the process, number of finish coats, timing and the price. Most strip jobs happen overnight or on weekends so you open on time.
Big building or one suite, it's the same process. I'm as happy doing a single dental office as a multi-unit property.
Paperwork for vendors
If your company needs specific vendor paperwork before work starts, ask me early and I'll tell you exactly what I can provide and when.
