Red Rock Country Club is a guard-gated golf community in Summerlin, with views west toward the Red Rock Canyon mountains. Homes range from golf villas to large custom estates. Stone floors, stone patios and pool decks are common.

Homes facing the mountains get strong afternoon sun on west-facing patios and through big windows. Outdoor stone needs a sealer that holds up to UV, and interior stone in sunny rooms often looks best honed or satin rather than high gloss.
Working inside a gated community
I follow gate procedures and community work-hour rules, and I keep trucks and equipment tidy. If you're traveling, I can coordinate with your house manager and send photos as the job goes.
Ongoing care
A lot of homeowners here prefer to set it and forget it. A maintenance plan handles reseals and touch-up filling on a schedule.
