The quickest way
Text me a few photos at (702) 400-0360. One wide shot of the room, and a couple of close-ups of whatever's bugging you: dull paths, open holes, stains, grout lines, wax buildup. Add a rough idea of the size. "Living room, kitchen and hallway" is fine if you don't know the square footage.
From there I'll usually either give you a price range in writing or set up a quick visit if I need to see the floor in person. Stone can fool a camera.

What happens next
- I'll get back to you by phone or text.
- If I need to see it, I'll come out, look, maybe test a small spot, and give you a written per-square-foot price.
- If you say yes, we pick a day. I'll tell you how to prep the room and how long you'll need to stay off the floor.
Commercial requests
If you're a property manager, a facilities person or a janitorial company looking for a floor sub, include the address, floor type, approximate square footage and any after-hours requirements. If there's a bid due date, put that in too. See the commercial page for more.
